Check Primer Pair

In this step you will check your selected primer pair using the Bio-Informatics tool Primer3.
Here we need to set
a.) the 'Task'-dropdown menu from 'generic' to "check_primers",
b.) Cut and paste the RSRS sequence into the window.
c.) Cut and paste your left primer into "use left primer below" field.
d.) Cut and paste your right primer into "use right primer below" field.

Leave all other parameters as is and click 'Pick Primers'
