Trouble Shoot BLAST

Your Blast Result should look similar to this image

       

If there is no difference in BLAST (You have a 100% match "Per. Ident")
        - Did you use haplogroup DNA for template in PCR?         - Did you use the RSRS to compare your PCR product?


The BLAST Form should look similar to this image.
    The first window should start with ">nnn bp product..." from your Virtual PCR popup.
        Do not include the first line "PCR Products results"
    The second window should start with ">hap RSRS" or is uploaded as a file
       
- If you have a correct BLAST results you should
        See mutations (in red) similar to shown in this image.
        To get this view click "Graphics" above the label "Per. Ident." in the Description-tab View (first image on this page)
       

        And when you zoom in (click "ATG" next to "+" magnification glass icon) it should look similar to this image.
